Spiced Leg of Lamb on the BBQSee all
- 4 Quebec lamb leg steaks
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- ¾ cup (175 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) cumin
- Dried chili pepper, to taste (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Mix the marinade ingredients together. Brush each steak with the marinade, cover and let sit for at least 1 hour.
- Grill the steaks on the BBQ for approximately 6 minutes depending on their thickness (a pale pink center is recommended for lamb slices).
- Before serving, cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
