Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) of ground lamb from Quebec
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) of steak spices
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) of minced dried tomatoes
  • 4 hamburger buns

Preparation

  1. Mix the first three ingredients to form four equally-sized patties.
  2. Cook on the barbecue grill to your liking (lamb is best when pink).
  3. Assemble the lamburgers with your choice of toppings and greens.

Add a touch of freshness with arugula salad.
