Dried Tomato Lamburger

Ingredients
450 g (1 lb) of ground lamb from Quebec
2 tsp (10 ml) of steak spices
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tbsp (45 ml) of minced dried tomatoes
4 hamburger buns
Preparation
Mix the first three ingredients to form four equally-sized patties.
Cook on the barbecue grill to your liking (lamb is best when pink).
Assemble the lamburgers with your choice of toppings and greens.
