Ingredients

Sauce

  • ¼ t. honey or maple syrup
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • Liquid smoke (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil (to taste)

Burger

  • 30 to 40 burger mini breads
  • Coleslaw
  • Onions and jalapeno peppers (to taste)

Preparation

  1. In a baking dish, add leg of lamb, onion, bay leaf, paprika, spice mixture, apple juice, vegetable broth and garlic.
  2. Braising lamb meat for 6 hours under cover 275 ° F (140 ° C)
  3. Mix the honey, garlic, smoked liquid and olive oil and brush the lamb. Put the meat back in the broiler oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Effilicate the meat.
  5. On toothpicks, ride onion and jalapeno

The cabbage salad can be homemade: cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar and English sauce (Worcestershire).
